Teaching Background

​As a member of The National Association of Educators, Misha has taught in private and classroom settings for over 12 years.  He is often called to adjudicate NJ All State auditions and has taught for a variety of schools, including The Extension Division at Rutgers University, The Pingry School, The Hewitt School, Essex Community College. 
 
Misha teaches privately in many different styles, including jazz, pop, classical.  Having studied under Vic Juris, Kevin Gallagher, and Dennis Cinelli, Misha has gained a solid foundation for teaching introductory students, advanced guitarists, and everyone in between. Among his methods is the pianistic platform for learning the guitar, which lends from the classical approach.
